Refund policy

At Ittefaq Garments, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a clear Refund/Return process as outlined below.

1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact).
  • It must be returned within 7 days from the date of shipment.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).
  • The item must not fall under the non-returnable/exempt category, including items such as sale items, custom orders, gift cards, etc.

2. Return Process

If you meet the eligibility criteria, follow these steps for a smooth return process:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. The item must be packed in original packaging, unused, and must be shipped safely. If the item is found damaged upon return, we will not be able to process the return.
  4. If the item is damaged or defective, the shipping cost will be covered by us. For a change of mind, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 days. Please note the following:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Items that are opened, used, or damaged will not be refunded.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the same return process. Once the returned item is received, we will process your exchange for the replacement item. If the new item is of a higher value, the difference will be charged to you.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Late Returns
